@icici I have been Wrongly charged for dp chgs for demat services something I never took. This is absolutely fraud, god knows with how many people you must be doing without their knowledge.

    Today I check my account balance then suddenly know that icici cut 3759+370 total 4129 rs from my account in a single month with the name of some cash txnchgs oct-21 without any prior notice I need money argent to pay my house rent but I suddenly found there is no money in my account it feels realy bad to me and i didn't get any details about this deduction .

      I raised service request with ICICI to link my mobile number with account. They said it will be completed within three working days. But it is more than a week now and not linked yet. Customer care not picking up the call even after waiting for 30 mins everytime. Relationship manager who said she will be helping anytime regarding my issues is rejecting the call and not responding. Worst customer support for existing account holders. They will be chasing you for creating account in their bank and once done they will not care about you

          ICICI Bank ecsrtnchg debit of inr 590( Multiple times unnecessarily deducted amount)

          I was supposed to pay my emi to hdfc merchant on oct and Nov 2021 but the auto-debit not happend, i transferred the emi amount manually paid to the respective merchant account number.i received a notification from icici stating that due to insufficient balance ecs could not be processed. I checked with my merchant on this and they have received the required emi amount. But i can see that inr 590 has been debited 6times in one day, may I know...

          Hi Team,

          My name is Vijaya Sree Kotte.I'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 5 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 11/21 .

          I would need a new card as I am unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist me.

          Every month during salary credit 2000 rs is automatically being deducted for food card and currently the card should have around 12000 rupees so please help.

              Without my consent, rs. 1000 has been deducted from my account on 6/11/2021 to Dr. tran for funding a/c[protected].

              I have not subscribed to any of this policy. I want my money back kindly help as soon as possible. This deduction has been done by icici bank itself.

              This is unlawful and the banking norms are clearly not being followed.

                I am not able to use debit card for any online transactions and even after multiple follow ups the support person from bank gives false information that it is resolved.

                When I say it is not resolved they ask for some detail to solve this information like debit card number. Is bank eligible to ask debit card number?

                  Dear Sir

                  My ICICI Prudential Us Bluechip Equity Fund Due date of SIP is 29.11.2021.
                  and I credit my account Rs, 500 for SIP installment on same date at 28.11.2021 night But SIP amount not deduct on 29.11.2021. He apply charge Rs, 590 and said after asking We would like to inform you that the bank will be charging you the ECS return charges for missing the SIP installment. While my SIP amount is less than bank ECS charges.
                  SIP installment Rs. 500
                  Bank ECS charges Rs. 590
                  This is not fair. I requested to you sir please take a legal action and help me to remove this ECS Charges.

                  Bhai log is website pr koi bhi apni bank account ki private detail share mat karna ye sale matarchod h maine complain ki thi inhone meri jankari leak kar di ji wajah se mere sath rs 49000 ka fraud hote hote bachha h unhone mere phone ko bhi hack kr liya tha to isliye koi bhi aapke paas phone kre aapka paise refund karwane ki baat kahe or kahe ki aapke account m creadit kr denge aap apni detail de to bilkul na btaye

                      I applied for the icici bank credit card. And my application got rejected due to office address confirmation.I am working in MNC company but still you are saying your office address not verified i submitted all the documents.when i contacted the customer care executive. They told me that send your required documents by email and between 4 to 7 days. You will be notified about your application status.
                      But after 9-10 days. I still didn't receive any email or message.

                      But they are not giving me any update. All the time they tell me that send us an email about your company id and address. And i already send them email 10 times. And then again i called customer care executive and they said, you application is rejected. Then didn't tell me any reason.

                      Please provide the solution as soon as possible

                        I am Praveen. Each time 824.00 rupees has been deducted from my account as follows:-

                        26/04/2018 DMC/[protected] DP CHGS TILL MAR-18 826.00

                        I have never used my Demat account till now.

                        They told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged/deducted money and also I did not get any deduction message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici.

                        When I created the Demat account, I was not told about the dp charges, it was told me by the icici representative that it is free of cost and it will never be charged and also I did not get any message alert on my mobile which is registered with mobile banking with icici. My icici account number is. This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount. My phone number is [protected]

                          Phone banking service or the customer care number is very unresponsive most of the times. When asked to type a number in response to select an option, our response wont be registered most of the time by the system. We would patiently have to sit through a good for nothing voice assistant to even get to the keypad menu. On top of all these the customer is being charged each second for all the mismanagement from the system's part. The call would also get cut abruptly and we would have to start all over again. The absolute worst, trying to outshine sbi in terms o[censored]X.

                            I was charged for fuel surcharge from my ICICI savings account, I don't know why I was charged for fuel surcharge when I had made a transaction using a debit card If this is the case then why would I use a digital transaction, why would I spent my own after-tax salary money. I want an immediate solution why I was charged a surcharge on my debit card.

                                I am the a/c holder of ICICI Banck Now they have charged under category of dcardfee4372 NOV21-OCT22st+gst
                                706.86 Rs rupees
                                I am not aware what type of charges are these.
                                They never informed me regarding these charges either by email or by letter. even there is no SMS or email of this debit.
                                I Need detail break of all these charges and even annul fees for this card is not that much.

                                    I'm a customer of ICICI bank and there were two unauthorized transactions done from my account by the bank.

                                    1. Demat account charges of INR 826 was deducted. I had never opened or requested for a demat account with ICICI bank. I raised a complaint but till now the money wasn't refunded back.
                                    2. Recently a DCARDFEEOCT21-SEPT22+GST of 706.82 was charged. I didn't request for a new debit card, the amount was deducted without my knowledge again.

                                    I would request the bank to refund my money as I did not give consent for any of the above transactions.

                                      I have been deducted with Rs.544.55 on 25th Nov 2021 & Rs.281.45 on 30th Nov 2021 under the name of DP charges till Oct-2021.

                                      I am using icici since 6 months and have never do the more than 1 or 2 trading transactions in demat account then how I am being charged . When I had got 2 times call from your customer care they told that, we
                                      have to minimise the charges Rs.300 instead of Rs.800 for such trading trasactions in demat account on your name.
