ICICI Bank — Without Consent Deduction for Demat Charges

Amount was debit without any prior information and even i dont activated and use Demat.
Refund the amount at earliest.

I did not open any demat account in icici bank. But, they deducted rs.826(28 sept-2020) from my account on Nov 25. I want my money back and would request to do same asap.

This should not happen without consent.
