[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Without intimation ecs charge defected in account

ECS charge 100 time charged without prior notice. Fraud

My ICICI bank account was charged with Rs.14500 1st Nov 23 and 35000 29th Jan 24 with prior notice and without my knowledge and authorization. Because of this my ch. Emi bounced and i am having to pay penalty. Either Refund this fund or pay my penalties. This is cheating
