ICICI Bank — Without prior information deducting the money | |
I am Sandeep Kumar Tripathi Amount of Rs.98.33 was debited by ICICI bank on 26/08/2023 without sms alert or email alert. The transaction mark was DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-23.The demat account mentioned in the transaction mark belongs to my ICICI direct account. I have never been charged for just operating my demat account with ICICI direct. I would like to know what are these charges? If these charges are new fees there was no prior intimation about the new fee structure. If these charges are not part of ICICI direct fee structure please refund my money. I tried to complaint launch a query/complaint through ICICI Bank's 'https://www.icicibank.com/complaints/complaints.page' but the webpage did not process my request.
