ICICI Bank — Worst Banking Experience Ever Seen | |
Dear Sir/Mam, Its highly impossible to work and maintain an account in your bank. Neither the manager here is working properly. Neither he knows the process of work, he just come to ask for funding in quarter end nothing else. I already closed 4 accounts due to this reason, and will be closing rest all current and saving account from this bank. Due to reason of worst service. The current situation is I had given KYC form on 06/oct/2020 for the account number xxx in the name of xxx. but till date its not activated. You can check balance and FD. Now I need to use them, but but due to worst bank service and worst manager I seen here at this branch. He the useless manager, I dont know how you people had appointed as a manager post. He doesn't know the banking process. In KYC form I had given latest address proof documents, he dint change the address and submitted for re-open account from dormant. He even dont know that 1st change the latest address then submit for remove dormant. So at present I have 1 current account and 3 savings account, that I will surely close. As i cant face issues due to your banking worst service. I am sorry to say, the worst bank i had seen ever. If you can check through email, earlier also I had complaint regarding bank issues here.
