I am fade up with icici bank service and customer care. My branch rcp navi mumbai (Manager mr. Ramakrishna) is a worst branch. I am unfortunately having my all accounts (Savings, fds, housing loan, and credit cards) and everything with icici but it’s my mistake i think. Having milionis of rupees fds with premium account but worst customer care. As icici has zero customer care. I wrote many emails to customer care head, and service head, but no response no call back by anyone. I would like now to send complain to ombodsman and rbi about worst customer care and harassment even being premium customer. I will also write a detailed email to icici cmd ms. Chanda coacher. Since last 4 years your icici bank has never given any services on time. The icici rcp navi mumbai branch is a worst branch. Zero customer care in this branch. No one, including branch manager mr. Ramakrshina, ever response any calls or any email in time. One need to make 10 calls and 10 emails for any small query to this branch. I am really very much fade up now with icici bank. I will write this all in media and webcast. A worst bank in india as regards to customer care is icici bank.
