[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Worst phone banking service

I hold an account at Habsiguda branch in Hyderabad. It was a worst service from phone banking division when I called them up to enquire about my account. They don't even know simple accounts and are lest interested and dedicated to work. I over heard some joke being enjoyed. I had to talk to 4 people with in 10 mins still no result.
VERY VERY BAD SERVICE.
Off late the service of ICICI bank has come down drastically. Go for nationalized banks.
