Me & my wife has a joint account in icici bank. On 16th may 2018, rs. 1899/- has been deducted from our account without prior approval of anyone neither me & nor my wife. We have not requested for any service from icici bank. We got a call from icici bank & they were asking for activating some service, but we have denied the same. Post denying the request for any sort of service activation, our account has been debited. Request your help looking into this issue as soon as possible.
