[Resolved]  ICICI Bank — Wrong and misguide information is being provided by bank executives since 1 month

We have opened 7 (seven) saving accounts in a family (with same residential address) with ICICI Bank, Ahmedabad, Rakhiyal - Branch arounf 20th Oct. 2021. once our accounts opened we wanted to increase our NET Banking transaction limit. For the same I have asked the procedure to the bank executive who has opened our accounts. and who came to my office for collecting few documents required.
bank official: Sir you can increase it by calling customer care.
Customer : Please call from my registered number and do it for one account & then i will do the same for other 6 accounts.
bank official: called customer care from my phone. unfortunately customer care was unable to help (increase transaction limit) as they said it can not be done by us.
bank official: you can do it from your mobile banking as well net banking.
customer : here is my mobile as well computer lets help me out by increasing limit for one account & i will do likewise for other 6 accounts.
bank official: sorry i could not find any option here i dont have any knowledge about the same.
customer: you can inquire with an EXPERT at your Branch or the MANAGER.
bank official: called branch manager and explained everything
branch manager : (on phone) sir you can increase the limit by giving an individual application/request (TO The Branch MANAGER) to increase the limit with signatures of individual account holders at the bank.
customer : today I visited bank with all individual request applications . unfortunately the executive who opened our accounts as well Branch Manager both on LEAVE.
other executives DENIED of accepting my application, they said your saving account limit can not be increased by submitting request application as GUIDED by Branch MANAGER .
I as a customer stuck with the problem that every different employee of yours are saying different things. and i can not get the results i am suppose to get in last 40 days.
Really came across the most UNTRAINED, NO-KNOWLEDGE bank executives in a single Bank Branch. Where RESULTS are LESS EXPECTED.
