[Resolved] ICICI Bank — wrong commitment and deduction of mab charges

At the time of opening the account, the contact person sagar prajapti from icici bank relief road branch told me that the mab for icici 3 in 1 account is inr 5000. But now even after maintaining the account balance inr 5000, inr 1000 deducted from my account. I want refund of mab charges and minimum blaance should be 5000 as per your advisor's commitment, otherwise i will close all my icici bank savings and demat accounts.
