[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Wrong commitment and mis behave by Customer care executive

Hello Mr. Neelakantan Pillai
This is Manish sharma and my bank account is[protected]. it has been debited 250 rs of dmat opening account fees on 22nd july 14. I called to customer care and told him regarding wrong charges and he agreed to refund my money with in 3 working day but i din't get my money till now and i received call from DMAT account officer to refund money with in 3 days. but i called to customer care today she put my call on hold long time and not reply.
