[Resolved] ICICI Bank — wrong credit card icici bank has issued | |||
I am working for corporate company. Icici bank agent mr. Rajkumar [ [[protected] ]dailed our office landline number and approached me to take the icici coral card with corporate employee benefits. For processing the same, i submitted respective documents and finally received the card but instead of coral card i received platinum card and it is very wrong not fulfilled requested card. Icici bank agents doing very wrong things with customers and playing with customers with wrong commitments. During initial call he approach me to give me 1 wallet + 1 icici watch + 1000 rupee voucher as a offer for new customer but not received anything.
