[Resolved] ICICI Bank — wrong deduction. | |||
My name is Karishma Mittal. I have a A/c in icicibank. My a/c is[protected]. In yahmuna Vihar New Delhi. Bank issued me a debit card plus Dmrc card. Before 2months ago 600 rs deducted from my account for Dmrc. But my card is not working in Dmrc. It is saying card is black listed.. But bank says card is active. I made a complaint in customer cars and head services quality. No response. Complaint no was[protected]. After 2 month it is open. Quality head services contact no is [protected]. It is only ringing. That's it no budy pick this no. Again 1200rs deducted 5th sep. Complaints No is[protected].. Kindly help me. Very bad services... No customer value. Not only time even money. Customer care says go to branch. Branch says go to Dmrc. Or Dmrc says go to customer cars. Where should I go let me know. There is senior contact person. Customer care is waist of time of customer..
