Has been using icici fasttag from about 6 months, recently I was going through my fasttag statement and found that there were chargeback debited from my account for which the amount was successfully debited earliar.
firstly I tried to contact with customercare but they are always busy, any their fast tag portal is not that userfriendly or understandable by a normal user.
So I decided to complain here, I have now only few transactions with me as I was only able to download statement for last month only dont know why I tried to change date and download statement but it always download the same month statement may be portal issue (attached screen shot).
