ICICI Bank — wrong deductions of charges from fastag account

Had recently used ICICI Fastag for toll service and charges were properly deducted during the journey.
But suddenly after 2 days of journey, got an sms saying Adjustment Debit for Standard Toll Charges for the Tag Account and deducted Rs.60 at 17/12/2019 14:15:48 as CHARGEBACKPROCESS. with no fault at my end.

ICICI Fastag customer care is always shown busy and you can never contact them for any query. Neither you can email them nor can you get help from ICICI Privilege Banking staff in regards to Fastag service

Very poor and primitive service in Fastag section.

Kindly avoid ICICI Fastag

Any suggestion of either we can report this to RBI or with NHAI ???

Dear ICICI team,

After enormous time and effort wasted on dealing with regular customer care email and fastag customer care number, I am still not able to get refund of a mere Rs.60

A very pathetic/poor/immature experience with ICICI Fastag division. Either the team is not understanding the issue or they are overloaded bcoz of poor Fastag implementation by ICICI or company itself is in looting mode!!! God knows and save poor customers.

A failure implementation without proper supervision creating a chaotic condition :(

Something similar happened to me, I am fighting for my case since month, I tried recharge but only money 2700/- debited but no recharge and no refund, till date I m writing emails making the ICICI service people, UNDERSTAND THE COMPLAINT, but no use, I'm thinking to hire a lawyer service, and claim a compensation.
