I have registered for a new icici fastag on 4 th of dec. I received the fastag account number and tag account number. I have not yet received tag till now. I tried all my way to reach to customer care. I am an icici bank customer, the back customer care told they are not resposible for fastag and need to contact fastag helpline. I called and waited in queue fro 45 min call connected and then hung up. No way for escalation.
I need to travel with with family on 21st. Please find a resolution for this. I am like knocking on all the dead ends.

ICICI bank thanks for the fast solution for this problem. Even though they hav not replied i got the fastag delivered today and night i can travel peacefully.
The next day the ICICI customer care got notified about the complaint they assigned tag serial number and 18th they dispatched tha tag. through Bluedart it got delivered today.
