ICICI Bank — Wrong entry of overlimit fee on my credit Card was charged | |||
Hi ICICI Bank, Ref :000VDaGH9E4KT4CU:Level1Complaint / Credit Card I Rajkumar customer since 9+ years holding ac no 059*****1634, and using credit card no : 4375****1004 for long time till now there was no problem actually My credit card limit is 33k and i have always paid my Bills before due date till now no late payment. You can see my credit rating and u can confirm My history . Coming to the issue, I didn't use any over limit Amount because of overlimit charges it has been crossed the limit. On 6th Bank charged 590 rs overlimit fee but on 7th it is showing plus balance . I called CC to tell my problem they have said that I have reached My credit limit, we cant do anything as it is system generated and they said we can't take service request for this, I was shocked for security reasons I have set limit for online fraud, that facility is available in imobile app but I didnt purchase anything, kindly requesting u to waive off my limit fee charges bank has charged on me.its my humble request Thanks regards, Rajkumar Was this information helpful? | |||
