Dear Sir / Madam,
This is in regard to the Online Fund transfer from my Savings A/C No XXXXXXXX299 mistakenly transferred into AXIS bank UPI ID - [protected]@ybl on 23 Nov 2022
I reported the transaction immediately and I have been told I get the amount back in 40 Days. I got the SR NO[protected].
After 30 days, I contacted again to customer support, and I have been told the Request had been closed as the beneficiary is not contactable. and asked me to visit the nearest branch of AXIS bank, I tried but they are saying ICICI bank central team should contact the AXIS bank, but they won't be able to do any help.
I am struggling from here and there for more than a month.
I am an ICICI bank customer, so it's the bank's responsibility to contact the other bank and verify the details and revert the transaction back to my bank account.
I hereby request to please look into the issue and revert my amount back to my bank account.
