[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Wrong fund transfer not reversed | |||
In month of march, i made a wrong fund transfer of 8000 regarding which firstly i contacted my nearest branch of icici (Hinjewadi, pune) in that month only. I submitted a hand written request for the same as told by the staff member. After that no serious steps are been taken by the staff of the branch. Then after 2-3 months of non satisfactory reply, i registered a complain at level 2 but that too didn't helped much. I am tired of my visits to the branch but couldn't get any fulfilled reply from there side. One day they say something and next day something else. It has been four months now and i have moved to pune 6 months earlier only and staying in a pg and having some financial issues as well. Now i am getting info that the person has withdrawn all the money and is not picking up the phone or contacting in either way. Very bad experience from icici bank.
