I have a wrong information by customer care officer by when I have call 12/13 June I have call my credit card problem on my bill on extra charge give me then I have call customer care then I have informed your email id was wrong so don't send my bill on my email address that time I don't know my billing cycle them I called customer care then update email &then say to me your bill was pay you your next bill generation you have don't give any extra charge pay I have confirmed 2nd call also that day so why give me extra charges I have call many time customer care but no answer any officers so I have complene &give me fast response please
