[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Wrong information & misbehave. | |||
I'm having a/c in your bank[protected] went to deposit 11k with ID proof. But after standing in line your staff asked photocopy of the same saying that this is RBI rule and you can complaint to Nanda kocher. Whereas I showed him that I had deposited 7k in BOI & no such rule is there. In spite of that he pushed me & argued to bring the photocopy. He introduced me as assistant manager of Nasikroad branch. Asking for the Photocopy is wrong as well as this is waste of paper. Giving wrong information is harassment to the customer in this situation.
