Hi, my name is gulzar singh rai mob no. ([protected]) dob (01/03/1986). My first application ref no. Is[protected] which is applied on 9th of oct in ludhiana. It was rejected by bank without submitting any documents. And i applied again n rejected with the application no. Is[protected]. I need to tell you the whole story about the customer service i have got from the icici bank address: b 677,, 32, rahon rd, krishna colony, jodhewal, ludhiana, punjab 141001. One of my friend amit kumar mob no. ([protected]) who asked me to open a new account in that branch of icici bank at rahon road. I said to him yes i will open my account in that bank. He said that you can get your credit card easily within 10 to 15 days after opening your account i said to him that would be great. I opened my new account at icici bank on rahon road ludhiana. They said to me that you are getting your credit card within 10 to 15 days same as amit said to me. But i need to submit my business or work itr and i submitted. Nobody told me about the credit procedure against fdr. When i have contacted to bank after 13 days. I needed that credit card asap. One of the employee said that you can apply after 3 month. Before she said you can get within 10 to 15 days or apply online. I have applied online n it was rejected by the bank without asking me any documents even i have sent a whatsapp message to a employee to upload my documents. They gave me totally false information regarding the credit card. They supposed to come at my house after opening a new account no one came around and i didn't get any satisfactory call from the manager. Even i rang ajay (Deputy branch manager) n told the story about the credit card and he didn't call me back. I was really upset n unhappy with the service of icici bank ludhiana. I decided to go to bank today 13 oct friday. I was going to city with my brother and 2 cousins one of them amit who have a account in icici bank and his brother and mine with us we were going for lunch at ludhiana city. We went to bank i told them to sit on the chair outside. They said okay and one the employee came to us said please sit inside the discussion room. We were talking about the issue with mr. Davinder singh. After that branch manager (Mukesh jha) called me in his office. He (Mukesh jha) started talk about my brother n cousins instead of talking about my credit card issue. He said to me that why u brought them here as a (Panchayat). He was so rude to all o[censored]s. I haven't seen a manager like him who misbehave their customer like it. I never knew that bank manager (Mukesh jha) would be like it. I am totally unsatisfied with their customer service.
