[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Wrong late payment charges on credit card | |||
Hi, I am a coral credit card holder with your bank.The payment due date for my credit card is 10th of every month. For the month of nov 2015, I made the required payment of Rs 6, 498.00 on 10 nov 2015. Despite making the payment on the right time, I have been charged late payment fees and other charges. PFA the proof for on-time payment of my credit card bill. I had contacted the concerned team of ICICI bank several time but they constantly replied me with same answer "As per benk Policy we are unable to reverse the charges." Then I escalated the issue to Mr. Krishnan Govindan, Head Customer Service, but didn't got any response from his side also.Finally I had to come on this forum for the resolution of my complaint.
