[Resolved] ICICI Bank — Wrong online transaction | |||
My account number is[protected] On 6 Aug 2016 I was supposed to transfer money into my husband's acc but by mistake I transferred into wrong one sukhvindar sing of Rs 20000. Next working day, I went to your nearest branch and informed them about whole situation in fact gave them a written complaint so if they can help me or block the amount or something! Then following day one of your executive told me that a person who has received my money by mistake has withdraw the money. After two weeks from my complaint icici bank block the amount from that customer account. And now when I called to your executive to check the status and my complaint he is being very rude to me and saying that "we can not do anything about it. You have to forget the money" what kind of behaviour is that? I am also your customer and if you can not solve my issue why should I be with you guys? Was this information helpful? | |||
