[Resolved] ICICI Bank — wrongly deducted iin/i-debit/directi ser amount without inform | |||
When i withdraw some amount from my bank account, the same day after few hours i got the following email: Dear customer, Greetings from icici bank. A purchase of inr 6, 7*.* has been made using your debit card linked to icici bank account xxxxx on 08-feb-20. Info: iin*i-debit*dir. Icici has deducted some amount from my saving account directly without informing me. I even don't know why and how it is deducted! My amount has been deducted fraudulently without my permission. Its a very arrogant and unhealthy behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||

Every month the bank is deducting the sum of RS.413/- by the name of ECSRTN... I actually don't know why the amount is deducting. I want to the reason why bank is deducting the amount and the use of it
