ICICI Bank — Your credit card loan account 9401XXXXXXXX2004 | |||
After several attempt to solve the issue with closing my loan on card account, I am writing you to get your kind intervention to solve this issue. I have made a cheque payment through drop box where the cheque was unable to trace by the bank. On request from your collection person I have made the payment in couple of days where I came to know about this issue. At the time of payment the representative assured that their wont be any late payment charges due to some technical issue. But on contrary, I have received a statement end of that month where I was asked to pay about 12 thousands as interest and late payment fee. Immediately I called your customer care and requested for reversal for which they took a request and I was waiting for the reply. Meanwhile I got one more SMS to my registered mobile where the amount was increasing. In the mean time the account information from my internet banking was also removed. Now I dont really know whats happening and but still I am getting this SMS continuously. You can check my Credit card statements and Payment track records as a proof of my payment accuracy. Even when I expressed this willingness to pay any nominal penalty they haven't replied. Kindly look into this matter and try to solve this issue. Being a long term previllage Ac holder of ICICI, I regret to say that I can feel there is decline in performance of ICICI team. Even when I asked that I want to close the Account they not even bothered to ask the reason instead they issued the form. Was this information helpful? | |||
