ICICI Bank — Zomato IPO refund not received even after 3 weeks

I had applied for Zomato IPO against application number LK[protected] through Zerodha using ICICI UPI payment and was informed on 22-July that I have not received the IPO allocation. But I have still not received the refund of Rs. 29, 640 in my ICICI bank account even after 3 weeks. Zomato confirmed they have released the amount long back but there is no response from ICICI bank on the refund despite several reminders. This holding of funds is completely unacceptable on bank's part. Please help get me expedite the refund of Rs. 29, 640.
