ICICI Credit Card — Credit Card OTP not received | |
OTP's for ICICI Bank credit cards are not being received. This problem is only specific to ICICI Bank credit cards. ICICI keeps providing a standard response that the problem is at Mobile Service provider which doesn't seems to be the case as I do receive the sms alerts on the same service provider for other banks. Their service levels are pathetic and their Telephone Customer Care operators will route me from one team to another without resolution and will then disconnect the line abruptly.
