I dropped a cheque for my credit card payment before two days considering the due date i.e. is 8th every month. However, later on I was informed from your concerned call centre that the chaque should have been encashed by due date and thereafter, I was assured that such late payment Fee will be redeemed considering my request. But, till date that redemption was not allowed to me.
Under such circumstances I earnestly request you to look into the matter and take whatever steps you deem fit to WAVE OFF the issue as early as possible. I had lodged a complain to the bank officer 72 hrs before, but they didn't respond.
