I tried & booked (Seven times - details as below) the show at (PVR) Inox:LUXE Phoenix Market City, Velachery, Due to technical issues, the show did not start and the manager took pictures of our ticket saying we will receive a refund. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS BUT NO REFUND HAS BEEN OBTAINED. Can you please look into it seriously, To refund it on an urgent basis within the credit card statement date.
