I am exceedingly frustrated with this Demat account. I have never requested one and off role ICICI resources chased and persuaded me to get one as this is life time free. (That statment is wrong from the executives). Coming to the point
On 26th of August, The amount 609.74 has been debited from my account
for the below reason
DMC/IN[protected] DP CHGS TILL JUL-21
Later I learnt that, that is due to demat account. I would like to mention here couple of years back, I just signed to receive the demat account and not activated to this day. Despite using the DM account I am not sure how they can charging for service and not even a single transaction I did, Moreover I didn't know the DM Account details and I just signed the document of Demat form that too ICICI offroll executives pestered me daily. Last year itself, I raised the request to close/deactivate this account and I am not sure why this year also debited. Please rectify this issue ASAP and I am not using the DEMAT account and I even don't the demant account details.
Please do it online itself like how the ICICI get the DEMAT form online. Since, I can't be physical to any of your nearest branch due to various reasons at this time.
Expecting the resolution ASAP.
