[Resolved]  Icici Direct — Icici direct deduct money without my consent

Without my consent and my permission icici bank is deducting money out of my account for demat services which i never approved or applied for.
They deducted 826rs without my consent.
I would like my money refunded and also would like an explanation and the leadership which allows this barbaric decisions! How can a person open something by my name without my consent?
Even i visited nearest branch at A block, cannaught place, delhi and executive told me that they take my signature in December 2016 when my company open this account for salary, so they have the consent and remembered now in 2021.
