I have applied for eNPS on 22nd of Jan, 2021 and selected ICICI Bank for bank verification, as I am a satisfied customer of ICICI Bank for past 11 years.
But the status is "Tier I Status: Freeze due to KYC verification is pending at Bank".
I had raised ticket with CRA, but clearly mentioned that ICICI Bank has to approve/reject it.
I had tried to reach customer care, but not able to reach (probably due to Covid 19 effect).
Hence I have raised complaint here, hope ICICI Bank will take care of this time.
