No Response from CBS

Yesterday I tried to do a transaction at merchant outlet of Rs. 1970 but ingot the response as "No response from CBS" but money got debted from my account. Please Resolve this Issue...

I have a salary account with ICICI Bank[protected].I have taken a two wheeler loan of Rs.53524 at 22.92% for my Honda Dio from HDFC Bank on 7th January 2019.My emi is Rs.2801 which should be payed on 4th of every month. I have paid first two emi on time but from my 3rd emi i have missed paying my emi through ECS due to some personal problem. I have made the payment through collection executive and through Goggle pay....

Fastag Registration

Hi,

I have received a Fastag Customer id when I bought a new car. But when I am trying to register with Customer ID & DOB it sends an OTP to a mobile number. I have not received the OTP.

Even the 2 customer care numbers[protected],[protected] do not work.

How do I register and recharge the Fastag?

POSDEC chg deductions

Icici bank has deducted 29.50 four times from my account without any notification or alert, this is totally not fair, i highly condemn this action, and i need all my deductions to refunded, and this deduction without alert is highly unethical and unacceptable.

Is this the way you treat customers by looting from them unnecessarily without intimidating?

Are you facing any loss for our insufficient balance, if not...

ICICI Bank money debited from bank account, but not credited to my fastag account number

Team ICICI,

I have tried to recharge on 02-01-21 my Fastag by etoll application amount has been debited (my CC and two separate UPI accounts for the sum of 3500 in four transactions) but never credited to my Fastag account, below are the details.

I have been debited 2k from icici bank the msg was dr tran funding

This is totally fraud done by icici bank I have been debited 2000 without knowing me...I did not subscribe any 3rd party activitys then how my account is debited such fraud money...Bank isn't responding me even not able to communicate with customer care they just discontinuing the call.....

Invalid transaction from my account

I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount of rs169/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction nor did i get any otp during the transaction. Neither i am a prime member thinking to be auto renewal. I have checked this when i was going through my account statement, the amount was debited on 06th Jan 2021. Could you please assist me regarding this....

Unauthorized Deductions NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG

Rs. 3540 has been deducted as part of NACH_AD_RTN_CHRG since last 7 months w/o any notification. Am not aware what are these charges. Please refund the same in my account ASAP!!!...

I withdrew Rs.5000 from PNB atm and the money immediately deducted from the account but the machine showed that the transaction has been failed and no cash came out of the machine .. it’s been 6 days now, I haven’t received my money back.....

fast tag (a19p09)

It's ben almost 1 month. The card is not delivered yet. I might be required to travel soon and do thave the fast tag card.

Why is it taking so much time?

Also I can't login to the site with uid (a19p09) as mentioned in previous complaint

I was required to send a email..but to which id it's not mentioned

The toll free number is also not working...

Trying to call ICICI Bank Customer care

From long time I'm trying to call ICICI customer care number ring is going properly but no one is paying up no one is talking even the system generated voice is also not coming I need one payment to be stopped on urgent basis but no option available to resolve such issue....

Unauthorized charges charged from my account in the name of "Expression Debit Card"

Dear Sir,
Greetings!
I have been charged rupees 588.82 for "Expression Debit" card which I am sure I never applied. The money was debited from my account without my consent or confirmation. There is no option for canceling the above mentioned "Expression Debit" and I am not in need for another debit card since the current one is working fine.
