Icici Direct — Money is getting deducted when buying stock

I have purchased yesBan stocks from icici direct. I purchased the stock and money got deducted from my savings account as it is linked.

Along with that I have seen the some transaction. I am not about the following transaction charged or deducted the amount from my savings.
