I am holding sip in mutual funds since last over 10 years.
Suddenly 2 months back i discovered that i am not able to sell as both mobile no. & email have been altered in portfolio in all mfs so that we cannot redeem if we want to.
This is an unfair practice and i have spoken to rm at ahmedbad sh bhagya on [protected].
As per him other customers also facing this problem.
He made me fill a form on 3rd sept'22 giving details of all my holdings and said same will be corrected in 1 week.
It is now 2 months but still not able to redeem.
Why are we being cheated like this.
I do not have the freedom to redeem my mf if some scheme is doing badly.
