I am a NRI and planned to move out from ICICIDirect to other broker.
I am following up since June 2022 and now its going to be september 2022 still my request for Demat account closure and providing NOC is not completed.
Everytime when I follow up about the request a new request is generated and nullifying my old request.
I have written mail to Head service quality manager ICICIDirect but no response.
My new broker is waiting for NOC to make the settlements for the transactions I have done in their platform. Was this information helpful? |
