I have a 3-in 1 savings account, which includes a demat cum trading account. When I approached them to close the demat account, I was told that one of my shares (Mavens Biotech, BSE Code: MAVBIO) was delisted and I have to either trade it via Calcutta Stock Exchange (or) provide another demat account to transfer the share to it. I did the latter, however I got no communication from them. Calcutta Stock Exchange seems to highly in-operational (due to violations of SEBI guidelines) & they refuse to assist in finding a secure trading partner, either. I'm stuck & not sure what to do. Meanwhile, I'm getting mails from ICICIDirect for payment of service fees - for an account I haven't used for almost 15+ years.
I have attached the screenshot of the email request that I have sent to ICICIDirect. And, the screenshot of the SEBI ticket on the same. The Client Master List of GROWW (which ICICIDirect has asked to share in order to close the account) and the Account Closure Form (fully filled-in) were attached in the mail I sent (unable to attach here - as they are PDFs).
