[Resolved]  ICICI Direct — Unauthorized transaction without my permission

I am writing to dispute a fraudulent (charge or debit) on my ICICI saving account in the amount of rs30000. I am a victim of identity theft and I did not make this -charge or debit. I am very upset and frustrated. I haven't received any call, message, link and OTP and without my permission amount is debited from my account through Phone P. Kindly refund my amount to my bank account asap. This unauthorized transaction happened through phone p on 29 Apr 2022 at 01:04pm Transaction Id-T2204291304022012348646. Already raised a complaint on ICICI, but ICICI bank is not listening, please refund my 30000rs, otherwise, please escalate this.

This is very frustrating that the bank is not listening at all. I have made several complaints. Also made complaints on cyber crime.
