Icici Direct — Unfreeze my account

Hi All,

Please be informed that I am a Demat account holder with ICICIdirect. Since I was not using this account for a long time, my account was freezed, which I understand was a fair action.

When I reached out to my relationship manager Ms. AnuKrishna requesting to unfreeze my account so that I can resume trading again, she instead opened a new demat account and linked it to my old trading account. However, I cannot see my existing shares even with this new demat account.

So, at present, I am holding two DMAT accounts and my shares (5000 Yes Bank) are floating in any one of below mentioned account without a visibility to me. I have been following up with RM and multiple other people, but all in vein as of now.

I even informed the Senior line of ICICI direct but didn't get any solution. Please help me to get the mentioned issue resolved at the earliest.
