I am writing to inquire about the suspension of my account and seek clarification regarding the reasons behind this action. I am extremely concerned about the inconvenience this has caused me and would appreciate a prompt resolution to this matter.
To provide some context, I have personally submitted all the required documents to the bank, including the necessary documents to demat bank personally it’s almost 20 days over 2 times they ask me do online I do have SR number 3rd time they said go to bank and submit the documents which I have done personally now they send email account has been suspended . However, despite these submissions, my accounts remain suspended.
I am dismayed that I have been required to visit the bank repeatedly to resolve this issue. It has been nearly 20 days since I submitted the documents, and my accounts remain inaccessible.
I contacted the customer care team, and they advised me to visit the bank. I followed their advice and visited the Kharghar Branch, where I submitted the documents to a lady named Asha her number is - [protected]
I kindly request you to provide me with the following information:
The specific reasons for the suspension of my accounts.
The expected timeline for the reactivation of my accounts.
If possible, please share the contact information (name and email) of the relevant bank representative who can assist me in this matter directly.
I am committed to resolving this situation as soon as possible, and I believe that clear communication and assistance from your end will be invaluable.
