ICICI — Fastag issues

I have made a recharge of 10000 rs to icici fast tag account on 3/18/2020 and amount got debited from icici account and not credited back to fast tag account. I have raised many complaints and after 4 months the amount was credited back to icici fast tag wallet. Now i am following to transfer my money to account from 2 month they asked to submit kyc for one wallet enabling and i did the same on 8/31/2020. Til date the account is not activated. Pls find complaint number:cmp[protected] and also customer id is :11329811

And also I have sent a mail to [protected]@icicibank.com and gpt a failure message. Please do not fool people by commenting immediately as to show your response time. The information shared by you to contact is not accurate. So how can we reach you. It has been 6 months and I am calling your customer care on the provided help line number and they disconnect it.
