ICICI Fastag — tag serial number has not been provided to the tag account no : 22020516. fastag not provided yet though you charge me for the fastaa.

I have applied for icici fastag in the month of november, 2019. They provided me with fastag account number 22020516 and customer id : 11586693.
However fastag has not been issued to me though the fastag account is active. When i logged in to online account status said "serial number not provided". You took my money and did not provide me with fastag yet. I request you to release and provide my fastag as early as you could to my address on my account. Thank you for your time.
