I have been contacting icici fastag customer care since december 2019, regarding an add-on fastag for my second vehicle, where i already had a functioning fastag for one of my two cars. And also requested to replace fastag of my first car, in january 2020. After constant quires with the customer care they told us to recharge our fastag account as to process further, as our balance was low then. We have recharged our fastag cug wallet (Closed user group wallet) with a sum of rupees 1000/- after further quires with the customer care post recharge, the insisted us to transfer the amount in the cug account to the fastag card account which i had asked them to replace.
When i noticed no action is been taken by them regarding my requests on my fastag login, i contacted the nearest icici bank fastag department in ambattur industrial estate, chennai.
When i explained the whole issue from the beginning to the concerned person in the branch, she is asking us to recharge my cug account again as there is no sufficient balance.
The problem is the customer care executive has insisted me to transfer the whole amount to card account from cug account and the branch people near me are asking me to recharge my cug account as the amount transferred to the card account cannot be transferred to the cug account.
The branch people are least bothered to hear to what am telling them, and also some of the customer care executives are disconnecting the call soon after i explain my issue to them.
I have all the recordings of the calls that i had with customer care..
