In my previous billing cycle, i have made a purchase for rs. 2699, but there was an issue with the order and the merchant reversed the charges, as this was the only transaction on that card in the billing cycle, i was under the impression the bill would be cleared up when the merchant refund was credited, and the same was reflecting the imobile application as amount due is 0.
But to my horror, i receive a message a couple of days after due date, stating no payment received, i immediately scrambled and made another payment. But now in current cycle i see a huge fine of rs. 500
I have an icici relationship for over 8 years now, and always made all payments on time. When i called your support team, they took a complaint and said your officers will call back in two days. The next day, i receive a call from one of your officers, she was totally unsympathetic, didn't try to understand the issue here, she was just plain rude. Totally spoiling the entire image i had on your service and pushed to the extent of me ending all relationship with the bank, i have scheduled to come first thing on next weekend and close the accounts.
