I purchased a fastag from paytm and it worked for 3 times and later on it is not working and not showing any errors as well. But in toll they’re not allowing to pass without paying amount even though i have sufficient balance around 500rs + minimum 150rs.

When i call’d paytm customer care they’re asking to pay 100rs and get a new fastag. Why should i pay 100rs extra without any mistake from my end.

Today at 3:58 p.m on Rohad toll plaza the fastag employe named Sikander charge 200 Rs cash only for activation the fastag ...he did not give any reciept to me ... After my strong resist he put his signature on a page / paper arrange by me plz taken appropriate action against him ...

For my Vehicle TN74AW3046 i have made a recharge of Rs 2000/- on 16/12/2019 from my ICICI bank account, The Fastag card I am using is issued by SBI, This recharge is not credited till this moment, despite my repeated complaints to Sbi helpline Fastag assistance etc, Nothing happened, Cheating the public is not right, pl do set it right.

    Hi Team,

    I made the payment for Fastag payment on 14th Jan through ICICI bank however, i haven't received the Fastag till now. I have tried to call customer service a lot of times but it's always busy. I lodged a complaint online and the complaint number is CMP[protected]. I haven't received any communication from them till date. ICICI bank is asking me to contact the Fastag customer care and Fastag is not responding to my complain. I am not sure what should i do?

      I would like to bring it to your notice that, the amount rs129/- has been deducted from my icici account and the transaction message says vsi/amazon stan. Neither had i done any transaction not did i get any otp during the transaction.I have checked this when i got a message from icici bank, the amount was debited on 4th Feb 2020.Could you please assist me regarding this.Please the attachment regarding the same.

        HDFC Fastag Customer ID :[protected]

        SIR,

        I have FASTAG issued by HDFC Bank for vehicle No. MH01BG0267.
        On Ahmedabad Vadodara Expressed Highway I was charged two times for one way journey, first at the entry point and second at exit point. If had used cash line I would pay only at entry point.

        This has happened two times, on 25th December 2019 and on 20th January 2020 with vehicle no. MH01BG0267.

        I wrote emails to-

          I am have saving account in the icici bank, sector-6, airoli, navi mumbai branch. I had issued a post dated cheque of 8th feb 2020 which should not have been cleared before that date. But the cheque was debited from account on 4th feb 2020. Every time i call icici call center their executives are putting on hold for 10 to 15 minutes and provided no resolution till date. From last 2 days i am struggling with this issue. I also visited my home branch and met the branch manager mr. Shiva. Till now i have not got my money reversed in my account. Please help.

            I have been contacting icici fastag customer care since december 2019, regarding an add-on fastag for my second vehicle, where i already had a functioning fastag for one of my two cars. And also requested to replace fastag of my first car, in january 2020. After constant quires with the customer care they told us to recharge our fastag account as to process further, as our balance was low then. We have recharged our fastag cug wallet (Closed user group wallet) with a sum of rupees 1000/- after further quires with the customer care post recharge, the insisted us to transfer the amount in the cug account to the fastag card account which i had asked them to replace.

            When i noticed no action is been taken by them regarding my requests on my fastag login, i contacted the nearest icici bank fastag department in ambattur industrial estate, chennai.
            When i explained the whole issue from the beginning to the concerned person in the branch, she is asking us to recharge my cug account again as there is no sufficient balance.

            The problem is the customer care executive has insisted me to transfer the whole amount to card account from cug account and the branch people near me are asking me to recharge my cug account as the amount transferred to the card account cannot be transferred to the cug account.

            The branch people are least bothered to hear to what am telling them, and also some of the customer care executives are disconnecting the call soon after i explain my issue to them.

            I have all the recordings of the calls that i had with customer care..

              ICICI Fastag is the worst I’ve seen and they don’t have a support team for their fastag service program. The customer service numbers ICICI provides online for their fasttag support never connects and I have to go through the hassle of a waiting in queue at the tollgates. This is quite a pain.

              When I checked my bank transactions and I found that there is one debit transaction DP CHGS TILL DEC 18'---- INR 826. I have'nt done ny transaction for this account on last year and I have already requested to close it.This is completely unacceptable and please refund my amount.

                The bond holder of ICICI Bajaj Scooter Bonds bearing Bondholder No.0081-405 Certificate No. 81694 having distinctive No.[protected] in the name of Chintamani Sahoo has expired in the meantime.                     Last year your customer care executive called me and just asked me to answer "yes yes" and then you guys deducted 1899 rupees for some service which i didn't even asked for.                       I have applied for fastag almost 2 months back thru online axis bank services for my car mh12gv4804. I had applied with my address of dahisar in mumbai but it went to ahmedabad in gujarat and was undelivered. Then i sent email to etc. [protected]@axisbank.com giving my correct address of mumbai. But still it is not delivered for the wrong address again. I am sending emails to them, asking their contact number, sharing my own number for last 1.5 months so that the problem can be resolved. But not getting the response from them. This is total harassment for me while they are using my money also.

                      Kindly guide me in this regard.

                        I've got back to back irritated calls from ICICI regarding the cpp plan, and they said it is mandatory and default for every card holder and they deducted 1899 from ICICI account, I come to know that I have cheated by them, and seriously I'm not interested in opting for this plan, please deactivate and return my money ASAP, seriously not interested...

                          Hello,
                          Please be patient as my issue is a little complicated but definitely true.
                          I have an ICICI bank account registered in hyderabad but currrently residing in dhanbad as a student.
                          I had transferred 3000 Rs on the date of 02/01/2020 through phonepay to the phone number [protected] but the problem arises here wherein i was supposed to send the money through googlepay and not phonepay as the same phone number had two different persons registered, one on phonepay(wrong person with same phone number registered in phonepay) and the other on google pay(right person with the same phone number registered in google pay).
                          The phonepay account shows the above phone number with person's name as ravi bore (to which i was not attentive enough) while google pay shows the same phone number with the person's name as gopika binny.
                          I was supposed to transfer the money to gopika binny who has the phone number in her possession and an account in google pay with the above phone number but not a phone pay account.
                          i had contacted my bank (ICICI) on the same day through the customer care toll free number and was told that the wrong person to whom i had transfereed the money to, has an ICICI account but the account was lying dormant since 2 years and it would not be possible to take a customer complaint and was directed to go give a written complaint to the nearest ICICI bank (located in city center), which i did but was told that the complaint would not go anywhere as the person to whom the wrong fund transfer was made, would not be available since the ICICI account of that person had remained dormant since 2 years and since the account was with same bank account as mine, i should not hope for a resolution.
                          I had given the written complaint on the same day as the incident and was not even given contacted once since that day till now even though it has been well past a month.

                          The transaction number for the wrong phone pay transaction is[protected]mentioned in ICICI net banking) and P2001022332467729962766 (mentioned in phonepay)

                          hope you would understand my issue and resolve it.

                            My car with registration number hr26cs5501 has not crossed the kherhi dola toll plaza gurgaon on 4th feb 2020. But according to sms from bank rs 65 has been deducted via transation id:[protected]. We have tried to contact 6-7 times on the bank customer number [protected] but it was busy all the time and rest it was on waiting. So kindy revert the fund to my account.
                            I have purchased my fast tag from HDFC bank (via online mode). I have installed same on my vehicle but it never worked on any of the toll booth. I am trying to connect with HDFC TOLL FREE number[protected], either it comes busy or never get picked up.

                            Request, kindly help here!

                                Hi,

                                This is regarding late payment charges of rs 984.46 levied to me on my credit card no. Xxxxxxxxxxxx1007. Refer attached screenshot.

                                I had called customer care regarding this and explained to him that i didn't receive last month's statement due to which i forgot to pay on time (Payment was only 3-4 days late). All my past payments have always been done before due date. Also, i'm holding salaried account in icici bank since dec 2013. Despite all this i was not provided with any relaxation regarding this.

                                This is very disappointing and discouraging to see that i have been a customer of icici bank for such a long time and i have received this kind of response even though it was not my fault that i didn't receive the statement.

                                So, request you to pls look into it and reverse the late payment charges otherwise i don't have any option other than clearing all my dues and closing this credit card for good.

                                Looking forward to your positive response.

                                Ps: i've also sent a mail to customer. [protected]@icicibank.com. It's been more than 5 days now but i haven't received any reply. My card due date is tomorrow i. E. 04 feb 2020. Rs 984.46 is not a small amount. Pls reverse the late payment charges so that i can pay my dues immediately.

                                  My icici bank fastag serial no [protected] for vehicle number: mh01ct7540 and tag account number 22737107.
                                  On 2nd jan 2020 amount is directly debited from my fast tag account, still i have not pasted fastag on my vehicle.
                                  Actually i paid cash at below toll naka's, still amount is debited from my fastag account.
                                  Requesting you to please refund my amount at the earliest, refer below transaction details:

                                  02/02/2020 - 15:01:12 - trippost - rs. 95.00 deducted for toll at khed-shivapur toll plaza, tag serial no. : [protected], licence plate no. : mh01ct7540

                                    I have call on toll free number of ICICI bank Fastag for more than 3 months but my car number MH 12 HZ 7962 has not released from Black List yet after
                                    3 months I get only this answer that after 72 hours the problem will be solved but yet after 3 months no results i have got so i am to much dis satisfied with the answer which i get always when i call on toll free number. I have got lot of issues when i get through Toll Plaza so please dont buy ICICI fastag its a fraud they make with customers.
                                    I have raised a compliant for wrong debit, still we didn't get update from customer care, when i called to customer care, they are saying system is not working, always getting this type of answer. I called lot of times.

                                      We had received advance payment o[censored]SD 9, 150 towards export proceeds on 28/Jan/2020 routed through ICICI Bank vide UTR WR[protected] directly into our SBI Bank Account.

                                      Please advise us the procedure for getting an FIRC Certificate from ICICI Bank, so that we can further submit it to SBI along with Shipment Documents for issue of eBRC.

                                        This is bring to your notice that icici bank cheating with us... I made payment of amount 2111/- from icici bank account to flipkart on 9/1/2020 but amount deducted but not credited into my account if payment declined nor update into merchant account...i have tried so many times and complaint the same to icici bank and flipkart..but both are denied and still payment are due and daily flipkart sending me notification...please help us to resolve the issue else no one taking it serious...account no.[protected]
