Updated by Swati Taneja I have been chasing ICICI Bank and getting inappropriate responses.Where in this world credit card charges reach to 3800 for amount less than 50000 within 3-4 months and that too without notification of deduction or payment due communication.
Please refund the money Rs 3800 back to my credit card as I am not going to pay these unnecessary charges which have been applied for no reason and no communication.
Below is the response i have been receiving.Which is not having any justification
