Dear Sir, I have been using icici credit card from long time and i have swipped the card and converted into EMI's and paid all the EMI's on time, after that without my notice they have provided me ICICI prudential life insurance and at the same time we have informed to bank stating that i have never buy any life insurance and why did you swipped the card without our notice, they said that they will enquire and get back to us, but we diidnt got any update from them and now they are harrassing us day and night by calling and using abuse words. I request you to take an serious action on them, so that, no one will face this issue again. The card was issued to me in 2006. Regards, Swapna [protected]
