ICICI — Icici Multiwallet card charging more for bill payment of jio fiber

I did a bill payment of 179.19 from jio app using my Icici bank multiwallet card, but when I diverted to payment page it shows 184.16. Although I did recharge and checked tried to check the bill from jio but it shows only 179.19 then I asked Icici customer representative to clarify they said we are not charging anything extra. I went for Jio customer care but they also said sir we only recived 179.19 and that is what we are showing on the bill/payment receipt.

I am following up on the emails with all the proof but none of this Companies giving a proper answer who is charging this extra and why!

I also send them the proof for the same issue with 6 months recharge. where the amount they are asking is 2903.26 where the actual recharge amount is only 2824.92, this is happening with ICICI multiwallet card only and not with other credit/debit cards.
