Updated by Arindam Sarkar My problem is not yet resolved.
I sent the said Bond in original by speed post for redemption to the address mentioned overleaf the Bond certificate. After a few days the speed post was returned to me with the remark "Delivery attempted but addressee moved". I am still as a loss how to redeem it.
