[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Claim Reject | |||
It is very disappointing and frustrating to see the rejection of claim of our genuine medical expenses. After following so many times by telephone and email your team kept on asking for the same documents which were already submitted to you. Then you asked for letter from the doctor which was submitted two times to your team. I Was thoroughly harassed by your company while trying to get an update for the claim, every time I tried calling I was told it would take a few more days before they would give me an update .I have a email communication clearly stating that I would be updated with the status and I have forwarded all require documents for the same within 18 working days.When I received no revert form the company I started calling them and email only to know after a lot of follow ups that time I have received one email our claim has been rejected (because of the treatment is possible on OPD basis since there is no active line of treatment) . If medical insurance companies do not settle the expense the incurred by a customer than what is the point of keeping a medical insurance ? We have been using your services and your loyal customer since many years but we haven’t got yet services in return .We do not expect this kind of services from ICICI Lombard.
