[Resolved] Icici Lombard — didn't give telematics device yet | |
Hi sir I am an aggrieved customer because of the cheating done by icici lombard. I bought car insurance from them because of the telematics device which was given free through the website on 12th october. Policy no 3001/w64497233/00/000 They sent me a mail also to ask for the address where it needs to be sent. Suddenly they are saying that i did not chose the telematics device option. I have proof of buying the device as i captured the screen video. And anybody can go and fill details for my car and see the amount still is the same. They are now blatantly rejecting that it was not bought with device and offering me to pay for it if i need it. I want the ombudsman to get in the depth of this clear cheating they are doing. I am ready to go any distance to stop this daylight felony. This is the screen video of buying the insurance.
