Dear team. Pls look into the case. My policy no is ilr-806672. I have done the pmfby in pnb bank. But it belongs to ur company because u deducted the amount of pmfby from my kcc limit account. As discuss many times to ur official it doesn't give any response always says in process in process. As my claim is pending g for too many days.. As it approved. But it delay in reimburse ment. So pls solve this issue. As this claim is regarding the wheat crop which is destroy in month last year. So pls help me to take this. Claim. Regards. Randhir singh. Mob no [protected]

      Monika bajaj got admitted for the first time with multiple vomittings (Around 10 times) and multiple loose motions (Around 10 tiimes) in the time duration of 10 am to 2pm on 22/12/2017 at home with lot of weakness and unable to walk, being an emergency case, we approached emergency deptt of psri hospital, and after an observation of 1 hour, dr manish mohil recommended admission and we go on with the formalities. Being a 7yr old policy of icici lombard, we were sure that we will get good treatment and hassle free approval
      But we felt so disappointed that our approval got rejected even after more than 24 hours of hospitalisation.
      After speaking with customer care executive, i was given a complaint no.[protected], but didnt get any reply

      What is the use of paying premium if we will not be able to get emergency treatment,

      Im attaching the document which proves that its a more than 24 hour hospitalisation.

      Icici lombard surveyor came to see the case, and get our written consent that we didnt showed in opd and came directly in emergency, i just want to ask, if the need is of emergency, then whether we should go for opd, her health was so deteriorating and at particular moment, only after doctor advise, we took admission, as cmo at that moment dr maheshwar lal, said that she is not getting reliefed and its better to go for some test and we have gone with their recommendations

      Its really trust breaking, as after getting bill from billing deptt at around 5:30 pm and after processing documents, their was harassment of more than 3.5 hours, and finally, we have to pay the bill without any proper justification

      Pls dont break the trust o[censored]s people as we have two policies are running with icici from 2010 yr, and now we are confused that what to do if some emergency situation comes.

      Pls give me a suitable reply

        Sir, with reference to above subject my health policy no. 4128/ih/87728448, which was taken in year 2014, till oct 2017; i didn’t availed any benefit (No claim, no health check-up) and in nov 17, i asked for post policy health checkup, for which i was send to suburban diagnostic center in thane maharashtra, despite i requested for bethany hospital thane.
        On 6th nov 2017, i went to suburban diagnostic with my wife for medical check-up but they forgot to perform ecg test and post check up doctor consultation.

        On 8th nov 2017 when i got call from icici lombard for follow up, then i mentioned this complaint to them, but they asked me to write an email, as they were only calling me for follow up. Then i wrote an email to lombard with great disappointment asking them them procedure for disscuntinuing or transferring the policy to other service provider, but surprisingly they sent me an email asking me to provide the details for cancellation of policy.
        On 11th nov 2017, again i send response to their email, asking feedback on my complaint but instead of providing me feedback they keep on asking me details for closure of my policy.

        On 13th nov 2017, lombard sent me email again asking details for cancellation for which i responded saying i never asked for cancellation but i asked for transfer of my policy to other service provider, as the service provided by lombard was not good and there was no action taken on my complaint.

        On 18th nov 2017, in response to their email i wrote to lombard that i am in search of alternative service provider, as i want to opt out/port out from lombard and surly i dont want to cancel the policy, as i will loose lot of benifit, but yet today i've received email stating my policy has been cancelled.

        Also to mention, i personally visited in icici lombard thane office, asked them not to cancel and before taking any decision i would like to speak to senior person from bank, before to decide on cancellation of transfer of policy, but no one has called me.

        I also wrote to their grievance in all step explaining all the issue and also to their md, but no action was taken. Instead of solving my case and looking in to my complaint what lombard has done is simply cancelled my policy, despite of many written request from me, not to cancel it.
        This insurance was covering me, wife and daughter, who are uninsured right now as they have terminated our policy and even if i go to buy new policy, surly ill pay higher premium, loss of bonus and waiting period will be applicable for pre-existing sickness. I don't see any benefit of paying premium for last 4 years and insurer is doing as they wish.
        I kept on asking them to provide me evidence where i have given them consent to cancel my policy, but they never provided one and keep on asking details for refund.in one email they mentioned i have given consent for closure but when i requested the copy of that email, they are not providing.

        I am attaching few email communication with them, please go trough them to understand, how they have cancel my policy despite of my clear request not to cancel.

        I kindly request you to look in to this matter seriously and do the needful.

          I had submitted for a two wheeler insurance claim (Intimated - 23 sep 17, claim no - mot[protected] for which i have been assigned a surveyor named mr. Nirmal (Mob no - [protected]).

          The surveyor was too rude on call and was not ready to clarify any of my questions. This person called me for an initial discussion with an approved amount which was way lesser than the claim amount expected, so i asked him a detailed split up for which he mentioned that he shall get back to me and one fine day i get a message from icici that my claim has been settled for rs 3067 rs (Out of the total claim amount 6037 rs). The claim is settled with lesser amount approved even before collecting the complete set of required documents (Though i had asked him not to close along with the asked detailed split up). The gst amount which i had paid to the tvs company was not approved because of some billing format issue. When i requested the surveyor to reopen the request, he denied.

          For this i had to call icici lombard customer care and place grievance complaint (Dated - 31 oct 2017, complaint reference number - [protected] and [protected]), during which i am asked to contact this surveyor's manager mr. Sudendar (Mob no - [protected]). This person asked for a revised bill and i have submitted the revised bill in the requested format by 17 nov 2017, after which he told me to wait for my claim to be reopened and processed. I am following up with this manager since then, and he is keeping on dragging the situation. He did mentioned that he shall get me an update on this by today 12 dec 2017, but no more picking my calls or responding to my messages.

          I am fed up of this and need some assistance in getting the balance claim amount (Gst amount) of total of 1139.38 rs.

            My policy is expiring on today and i made the renewal of the policy 20 days back and i havent received the document in email/physical till today.

            I have been calling multiple times and everytime i am listening different things like,
            Policy is not visible at our end due to some technical issues and will send you by eod. Someone says u have to wait 24-48 hours to get a policy document. Then who is responsible if traffic cops stop me by midnight today. Who will pay me theamount?

              I have purchased insurance policy for my two wheeler (Policy no. 3005/w67022785/00/000).
              As per policy document, the premium to be paid was rs. 1562 but the amount charged from me was rs. 1947 which was made through my credit card. The customer care executive sold me another personal insurance policy with required motor insurance policy without my consent.
              I didn't want to buy any personal insurance policy as i already have term plan. Icici executive has cheated me u can also hear the recording /conversation between customer care executive and me where this hidden additional policy and charges were not told to me. Pls cancel my personal insurance policy and revert my money.

And she was billed on her husband name. 28 the nov she was for operation for fracture. And she will have operation done on 2 nd dec. I inform your call centre and send all the documents.                   I purchased icici lombard car insurance (Zero dep) in april this year. The car met with a minor accident on 23rd of this month and i filed for insurance claim as both umbers of car were damaged and the car was scratched from the side by a tempo during the accident.
                  While the car is in repair shop one of your surveyor called me and said asked me about the accident. When i explained to him his reaction to this was shocking as he told me on my face that it is not possible to have accident like this and that i was lying. I was appalled by the misbehaviour of this gentleman and told him not to speak like this and must learn manners to talk to customers. I also told him to reject the claim but do not misbehave.
                  He inturn has communicated to the service center that i should be charged 50% claim for the repair whereas my insurance is comprehensive with zero depreciation.
                  The surveyor name is sudhanshu gulati and his number is [protected].

                  I want you to take strict action and remove such ill-mannered employees from your company. I have decided to not only get away from dealing with icici lombard but inform all my friends and relatives to stay away from your company.

                  Claim was not processed for the delay in Checked in Baggage because the arrival airport of my international flight was Bangalore (And they came up with a clause from one of their books).
                  Please avoid this Scam Company!!!

                  ICICI lombard always turn down claims, they are very ill.. everyone should avoid this company. ICICI lombard is making money out of customer without providing and insurance coverage. Very bad compnay, never take insurance from ICICI lombard. If they rejects claim then why they are doing insurance business. Very bad company ICICI lombard.

                    didn't give telematics device yet

                    Hi sir

                    I am an aggrieved customer because of the cheating done by icici lombard.

                    I bought car insurance from them because of the telematics device which was given free through the website on 12th october.

                    Policy no 3001/w64497233/00/000

                    They sent me a mail also to ask for the address where it needs to be sent.

                    Suddenly they are saying that i did not chose the telematics...

                    Policy details:-
                    Policy certificate number : 3001/w[protected]/00/000
                    Policy start date: 08-nov-2017
                    Policy end date: 07-nov-2018
                    Premium amount: 18591

                    I have taken the car insurance policy on 7th nov 2017 from sales executive (Mr ravi) and he promised that i will get a carsense device within 15 days. First blunder was that the title was mentioned wrong on policy so i chased sales team and spoke to ravi who asked me to write an email to customer support for title correction which was not my fault. He refused to take any action and pathetic conversation. I wrote to support team and they sent me 1 page policy which has only title correction. Its again tricky that the policy has wrong title and one page has correction why did not i receive the complete new policy with correct name.

                    For car insurance policy i was chased like i have stolen money from icici lombard. Anyway i had purchased the poilicy and paid around 19k for this. Now till today i have not received any device so far. I had called several times to speak with ravi but was given # and pathetic excuses that he was on call will contact me within 5 mnts. I have not received any call from them. I chased 5 days continuous to know the status of device they have misguided me with false commitment.

                    I spoke to carsense team they have different story. They are not even aware about the product which was supposed to deliver. I called on 25 nov to car sense and a lady said that my address is not in serviceable area so they have to sent the device with different courier. She promised that the device will be sent by 27th nov. I called again today to carsense team and the same lady has no clue about the status of device. Its really # and pathetic service.

                    I called again to icici lombard sales team and they refused to give the status of device. Even ravi was quite busy in making fool to other customers. Neelam from sales team promised me that ravi will call me after 5 mnts and never received a call. After half an hour i called again and tried to speak with lire ravi but still he was busy in earning profit with indian customers. After this i lost my temper and the call was transferred to mr sunil bhatia, emp id - 1004618. Again he was asking me to contact support team for any complain. He said that he would raise a complaint on behalf of me and would provide me the reference number. After 20 mnts received call from sunil and he said that he had raised a complaint and forwarded to concern team but did not loop me in the email and did not provide me the reference number. How can i trust icici lombard. There are so # internal policies with indian company. There is no transparency with this company.

This is to inform you that i have done my motor policy wef from 27th october 2017 from icici lombard insurance including the telematics device. Till now i have not received the hard copy of policy and the telematics device. It's almost been 1 month. Also the customer care support is not giving proper resolution and why there is delay in dispatch of telematics device. There is no communication from your side regarding the delay in dispatch of telematics device. I am only following up for the same. With this kind of service i am sorry to say that i have done a big mistake to choose icici lombard for my motor insurance.

                          I have renewed two insurance policies for my two wheelers on 3nov2017 which were expiring on 6nov2017. I have done this using my registered email id on icici lomabard site. Till date i have not received the physical copies of the policies.
                          I have tried sending mail to the customer support if icici lombard, but they are saying that my email id is not registered. I tried sending them the screen shot of the login dashboard console, but they again replied back that i dont have my id registered with them.
                          They have sent me the soft copies when i called them on their helpdesk phone.
                          But still they have not send the insurance copies.

                          I have spoken to too many ICICI Lombard executives to repeat myself. My father has passed and I need to claim insurance on a hospitalization. Both these processes are not occurring and getting mixed up, whilst wasting my time and harassing my family.

                            I was promised by the advisor that i will be charged only 650rs per month and it will be for 2years and it will give me the coverage of 5, 00, 000 for the health insurance, however after the verification was done my account was debited with the total amount of 12, 945rs. Giving a false information to the customer is not acceptable. If this is not resolved within 24hrs then, i will take a major action against this. Customer are made fooled. We work hard to earn each penny, which the insurance company does not understand and we don't earn by doing wrong or illegal work. This is my hard owned money. If someone is misusing my word 'yes' in the verification call or not showcasing the transparency of the insurance policy, then i believe that is considered to be illegal. For which action needs to be taken.

                              I took house loan from pnb and had been for to take insurance also which took from icici lombard (4080/pnb-gsm/[protected]/00). This policy was covered loss of job if there is no reason company violation for loosing.

                              Last month my company fired me without giving proper reason and compensation just saying performance issue. But interesting things is just three months before they gave me nice appraisal of 1.2l hike. I claim the insurance as per policy insurance company suppose to give three months emi, but just after seeing the company letter they simply rejected my claim saying i have terminated because of my performance so there will be no claim.
                              Though i have all supporting letter to make them understand there is no fault from my side, and how come any company fired a employee without giving any notice or warning for performance and that's also with in three months of appraisal.

                              But the policy people are very strict to not pay any amount, so this is clear case of loot/cheat how to not to pay any single penny to customer and i believe that's how the agent are getting salary from our cheated money.

                                Icici lombard such a pathetic service...
                                Even if you escalate issue to higher management you will get same kind of response at all the levels... I don't no what kind of hierarchy they are follwoing.

                                My bike is lost on 30/03/2017 & i intimate company agent at same day & inform police on same day. After 2 days police invesigate and ladge a fir after 6 days surveyer is comes at home and give me the all necessary documetslist, but there language is very rough, after all i call customer care many time to
                                Please send some peopel to collect documets they send only reminders but not send any one, lastly they send final closure letter that your file is closed, its not my mistake its
                                Very huge mistake of icici lombard, then whats the meaning to do insurance from these bad companies...

                                Even after providing all the required documents... I am getting totally unprofessional replies from their call center. They give me reason to rejection because of late intimation. But i call their agent same day.

                                Are you guys are making fool of your customers..!!!
                                Or you are testing patience of your customers!!! So that after few months customer will get irate and stop doing follow up and that way you can make your money!!!

                                Have some courtesy to give proper reply!!!

                                To let you know, we have informed the police on the same day, according to their procedure, after doing some initial checking in this matter, they provided me FIR copy after 3 days. Bike is in my brother name, he never went through such claiming process in his life. He was not aware of the processes involved, that is why he took some time to intimate you after getting FIR copy. He has provided all the documents you asked till 3rd-4th of November, you never said it earlier that it has no use of giving any document further and you are going to reject the claim just because police took some time to give FIR copy. Does it eliminate the fact that my Bike is not stolen and I have not filed any FIR.

                                We apply for insurance for our damage protection not to mess the insurer company at the time of claim. Have some ethics do not cheat us. I am already going through loss, you should settle my payment without any further mental harassment.

                                  My above policy no. Is 4013/w[protected]/00/000 which is valid from14 march 2017 to midnight of 13 march 2022.

                                  I received a renewal notice ref no.108 dated may 29, 2017. As i was away abroad could not see the letter. The policy stated in the above notice is 4013/w[protected]/00/000.

                                  Dear sir, i think there is some confusion with your ecords i am sorry to oint ot this flaw.

                                  So please reconcile and let me know that my policy is valid till 13mrach 2022.

                                    I had renewed my motor policy on 06 oct 17, and motor policy 3001/[protected]/02/000 was issued to me. I had requested for correction in change of address and endorsement of gstin, on 07 oct 2017. I have sent three reminders on email and complained through customer care interaction number [protected] to smitha on 26 oct 17 and no [protected] on 30 oct to priya. Despite repeated reminders and speaking to customercare, there has been no action from icici lombard.

                                      I would like to register a formal complaint the way icici lombard has taken no action on my request. I got my car transferred from company name to my name in sept 2017. Since sept 28th i've been following up - 5 follow up emails, multiple phone calls, waited for more than 30 days, and i’ve not seen any action taken so far. Abysmal service
                                      If this is the response on insurance transfer, i wonder what will icici lombard do if someone reaches out to them for claims.
                                      And what further appals me is that they have tie up with big corporate organisations and don't have iota of ethics of professionalism.
