I purchased icici lombard car insurance (Zero dep) in april this year. The car met with a minor accident on 23rd of this month and i filed for insurance claim as both umbers of car were damaged and the car was scratched from the side by a tempo during the accident.
While the car is in repair shop one of your surveyor called me and said asked me about the accident. When i explained to him his reaction to this was shocking as he told me on my face that it is not possible to have accident like this and that i was lying. I was appalled by the misbehaviour of this gentleman and told him not to speak like this and must learn manners to talk to customers. I also told him to reject the claim but do not misbehave.
He inturn has communicated to the service center that i should be charged 50% claim for the repair whereas my insurance is comprehensive with zero depreciation.
The surveyor name is sudhanshu gulati and his number is [protected].

I want you to take strict action and remove such ill-mannered employees from your company. I have decided to not only get away from dealing with icici lombard but inform all my friends and relatives to stay away from your company.

Claim was not processed for the delay in Checked in Baggage because the arrival airport of my international flight was Bangalore (And they came up with a clause from one of their books).
Please avoid this Scam Company!!!
Dear Sir/Mam, I issue a health issuance policy from ICICI Lombard approx 20 days ago. But still i don't get hard copy of my insurance policy. So i request you to please cancel my policy or send me hard copy of my insurance policy.

ICICI lombard always turn down claims, they are very ill.. everyone should avoid this company. ICICI lombard is making money out of customer without providing and insurance coverage. Very bad compnay, never take insurance from ICICI lombard. If they rejects claim then why they are doing insurance business. Very bad company ICICI lombard.

    didn't give telematics device yet

    Hi sir

    I am an aggrieved customer because of the cheating done by icici lombard.

    I bought car insurance from them because of the telematics device which was given free through the website on 12th october.

    Policy no 3001/w64497233/00/000

    They sent me a mail also to ask for the address where it needs to be sent.

    Suddenly they are saying that i did not chose the telematics...

    I have taken the car insurance policy on 7th nov 2017 from sales executive (Mr ravi) and he promised that i will get a carsense device within 15 days. First blunder was that the title was mentioned wrong on policy so i chased sales team and spoke to ravi who asked me to write an email to customer support for title correction which was not my fault. He refused to take any action and pathetic conversation. I wrote to support team and they sent me 1 page policy which has only title correction. Its again tricky that the policy has wrong title and one page has correction why did not i receive the complete new policy with correct name.

    For car insurance policy i was chased like i have stolen money from icici lombard. Anyway i had purchased the poilicy and paid around 19k for this. Now till today i have not received any device so far. I had called several times to speak with ravi but was given # and pathetic excuses that he was on call will contact me within 5 mnts. I have not received any call from them. I chased 5 days continuous to know the status of device they have misguided me with false commitment.

    I spoke to carsense team they have different story. They are not even aware about the product which was supposed to deliver. I called on 25 nov to car sense and a lady said that my address is not in serviceable area so they have to sent the device with different courier. She promised that the device will be sent by 27th nov. I called again today to carsense team and the same lady has no clue about the status of device. Its really # and pathetic service.

    I called again to icici lombard sales team and they refused to give the status of device. Even ravi was quite busy in making fool to other customers. Neelam from sales team promised me that ravi will call me after 5 mnts and never received a call. After half an hour i called again and tried to speak with lire ravi but still he was busy in earning profit with indian customers. After this i lost my temper and the call was transferred to mr sunil bhatia, emp id - 1004618. Again he was asking me to contact support team for any complain. He said that he would raise a complaint on behalf of me and would provide me the reference number. After 20 mnts received call from sunil and he said that he had raised a complaint and forwarded to concern team but did not loop me in the email and did not provide me the reference number. How can i trust icici lombard. There are so # internal policies with indian company. There is no transparency with this company.

      My name is kushal manglam - [protected]. This is to inform you that i have done my motor policy wef from 27th october 2017 from icici lombard insurance including the telematics device. Till now i have not received the hard copy of policy and the telematics device. It's almost been 1 month. Also the customer care support is not giving proper resolution and why there is delay in dispatch of telematics device. There is no communication from your side regarding the delay in dispatch of telematics device. I am only following up for the same. With this kind of service i am sorry to say that i have done a big mistake to choose icici lombard for my motor insurance.

          I have renewed two insurance policies for my two wheelers on 3nov2017 which were expiring on 6nov2017. I have done this using my registered email id on icici lomabard site. Till date i have not received the physical copies of the policies.
          I have tried sending mail to the customer support if icici lombard, but they are saying that my email id is not registered. I tried sending them the screen shot of the login dashboard console, but they again replied back that i dont have my id registered with them.
          They have sent me the soft copies when i called them on their helpdesk phone.
          But still they have not send the insurance copies.

          I have spoken to too many ICICI Lombard executives to repeat myself. My father has passed and I need to claim insurance on a hospitalization. Both these processes are not occurring and getting mixed up, whilst wasting my time and harassing my family.

            I was promised by the advisor that i will be charged only 650rs per month and it will be for 2years and it will give me the coverage of 5, 00, 000 for the health insurance, however after the verification was done my account was debited with the total amount of 12, 945rs. Giving a false information to the customer is not acceptable. If this is not resolved within 24hrs then, i will take a major action against this. Customer are made fooled. We work hard to earn each penny, which the insurance company does not understand and we don't earn by doing wrong or illegal work. This is my hard owned money. If someone is misusing my word 'yes' in the verification call or not showcasing the transparency of the insurance policy, then i believe that is considered to be illegal. For which action needs to be taken.

              I took house loan from pnb and had been for to take insurance also which took from icici lombard (4080/pnb-gsm/[protected]/00). This policy was covered loss of job if there is no reason company violation for loosing.

              Last month my company fired me without giving proper reason and compensation just saying performance issue. But interesting things is just three months before they gave me nice appraisal of 1.2l hike. I claim the insurance as per policy insurance company suppose to give three months emi, but just after seeing the company letter they simply rejected my claim saying i have terminated because of my performance so there will be no claim.
              Though i have all supporting letter to make them understand there is no fault from my side, and how come any company fired a employee without giving any notice or warning for performance and that's also with in three months of appraisal.

              But the policy people are very strict to not pay any amount, so this is clear case of loot/cheat how to not to pay any single penny to customer and i believe that's how the agent are getting salary from our cheated money.

                Icici lombard such a pathetic service...
                Even if you escalate issue to higher management you will get same kind of response at all the levels... I don't no what kind of hierarchy they are follwoing.

                My bike is lost on 30/03/2017 & i intimate company agent at same day & inform police on same day. After 2 days police invesigate and ladge a fir after 6 days surveyer is comes at home and give me the all necessary documetslist, but there language is very rough, after all i call customer care many time to
                Please send some peopel to collect documets they send only reminders but not send any one, lastly they send final closure letter that your file is closed, its not my mistake its
                Very huge mistake of icici lombard, then whats the meaning to do insurance from these bad companies...

                Even after providing all the required documents... I am getting totally unprofessional replies from their call center. They give me reason to rejection because of late intimation. But i call their agent same day.

                Are you guys are making fool of your customers..!!!
                Or you are testing patience of your customers!!! So that after few months customer will get irate and stop doing follow up and that way you can make your money!!!

                Have some courtesy to give proper reply!!!

                To let you know, we have informed the police on the same day, according to their procedure, after doing some initial checking in this matter, they provided me FIR copy after 3 days. Bike is in my brother name, he never went through such claiming process in his life. He was not aware of the processes involved, that is why he took some time to intimate you after getting FIR copy. He has provided all the documents you asked till 3rd-4th of November, you never said it earlier that it has no use of giving any document further and you are going to reject the claim just because police took some time to give FIR copy. Does it eliminate the fact that my Bike is not stolen and I have not filed any FIR.

                We apply for insurance for our damage protection not to mess the insurer company at the time of claim. Have some ethics do not cheat us. I am already going through loss, you should settle my payment without any further mental harassment.

                  My above policy no. Is 4013/w[protected]/00/000 which is valid from14 march 2017 to midnight of 13 march 2022.

                  I received a renewal notice ref no.108 dated may 29, 2017. As i was away abroad could not see the letter. The policy stated in the above notice is 4013/w[protected]/00/000.

                  Dear sir, i think there is some confusion with your ecords i am sorry to oint ot this flaw.

                  So please reconcile and let me know that my policy is valid till 13mrach 2022.

                    I had renewed my motor policy on 06 oct 17, and motor policy 3001/[protected]/02/000 was issued to me. I had requested for correction in change of address and endorsement of gstin, on 07 oct 2017. I have sent three reminders on email and complained through customer care interaction number [protected] to smitha on 26 oct 17 and no [protected] on 30 oct to priya. Despite repeated reminders and speaking to customercare, there has been no action from icici lombard.

                      I would like to register a formal complaint the way icici lombard has taken no action on my request. I got my car transferred from company name to my name in sept 2017. Since sept 28th i've been following up - 5 follow up emails, multiple phone calls, waited for more than 30 days, and i’ve not seen any action taken so far. Abysmal service
                      If this is the response on insurance transfer, i wonder what will icici lombard do if someone reaches out to them for claims.
                      And what further appals me is that they have tie up with big corporate organisations and don't have iota of ethics of professionalism.

                            My claim related to icici lombard for trip delay for more than 27 hours was reputed on 25/10/2017 after repeated talk / persuasion by myself. It is irresponsible & humiliating approach for treating this case. Claim ref. No: in[protected]. Reason indicated by them that no bills submitted by me. Trip delay does not speak the same and being a solo lady traveler, i made my own arrangement at chicago, usa there and rather saved their money by not providing bills for hotel &taxis etc.
                            Why they will not make payment o[censored]s$ 500 for delay more than 06 hours?

                              Icici lombard health insurance
                              Cancel the policy
                              Res. Sir/medam,
                              I have a credit card from icici bank and recently utilized personnel loan from icici bank credit card basis and i have avail only general insurence from icici lombard but they are activate also health insurence policy from icici lombard and these amount rs 5700 aproxmatly, was deducted from my credit card balance. I dont want to avail this policy.
                              And this is a cheating, how can they force people and make it mandatory. Please help me in cancelling this policy

                                My activa is lost on 24/2/2017 & i intimate company on 25/02/2017 & inform police on 3/3/2017 after long time surveyer is comes at home to visit at 7.30 am, its not comfortable time to come at home, i said u came & collect all necessary documets at 12 pm, but there language is very rough, after all i call customer care many time to please send some peopel to collect documets they send only reminders but not send any one, lastly they send final closure letter that your file is closed, its not my mistake its very huge mistake of icici lombard, then whats the meaning to do insurance from these bad companies... Ultimately i want my claim amount to buy vechile i am in very high problem.

                                  Icici lombard such a pathetic service...
                                  Even if you escalate issue to higher management you will get same kind of response at all the levels... I don't no what kind of hierarchy they are follwoing.

                                  I have submited a health claim to icici in the month of august for being hospitalised for 5 days... Later on (After 1.5months) i come to know that i wasn't hospitalised and on that basis my claim got rejected...

                                  Even after providing all the required documents... I am getting totally unprofessional replies from their call center.

                                  No one is clear about why this claim got rejected only i am getting response as..."sorry for your inconvinence but rejection stands valid..."

                                  Are you guys are making fool of your customers..!!!
                                  Or you are testing patience of your customers!!! So that after few months customer will get irate and stop doing follow up and that way you can make your money!!!

                                  Have some courtesy to give proper reply!!!

                                  And people do not take health insurance for investing their money only..in return they expect some service (In hospital emergency) with proper reply.

                                    Sir,
                                    I renewed my two wheeler licence online on 9th september 2017 for one year. The policy no is 3005/w[protected]/00/000. I paid the policy amount rs.2307/- by sbi internet banking. The transaction was done twice as first time it was not successful. But the said amount deducted twice from my account. The reference nos are igabzhjbe0 time 6.45 am second one is igabzhkxg2 time 7.42 am. I thought the amount will be reversed. Even after 15 days i did not get. So i complained to bank. They said both were transferred and to contact merchant. So i request you to reverse my amount 2307/_ which was mine.

                                      I was a motor insurance customer of icici lombard's for a couple of years for my bike. The said insurance expired a couple of days ago (I. E 14th october), but i had been getting enough text and verbal reminders from the company about the same from a week prior to the date of expiration. At the end of every call, the agent calling me was clearly notified that i'm not interested in renewing the policy (Reasons withheld). Yet, i was repeatedly called twice a day, to push me into purchasing a product i just didn't want.
                                      Today, on the morning of 16th october, starting 11:15 am, i have got 21 calls from them in a span of 4 minutes where the caller refuses to say anything. 21 calls of me either stopping the work i've been doing to attend/disconnect the calls made to me.
                                      When a customer has clearly conveyed ample number of times prior, why is he being called repeatedly?
                                      If there's a problem with your calling softwares, why call the same number more than twice, thrice or quadruple number of times?
                                      The number that was used to call me has been +[protected].
                                      P. S there's nothing wrong with my phone, i have confirmed.
