[Resolved] Icici Lombard — Fake claim withdrawal letter | |
Back in 2020, we insured our vehicle by purchasing ICICI LOMBARD insurance policy. Unfortunately our vehicle met with an accident. We got it repaired from the authorised service centre. They told us to wait for some time. The insurance claim will be transferred to your bank account eventually. So, we paid our full bill in cash. And waited for months but we didn’t received claim so we contacted ICICI LOMBARD and they told us after months that they received a claim withdrawal letter by policy holder that the policy holder didn’t want insurance claim and the letter was fake even with the fake sign of policy holder. We tried to tell them that policy holder didn’t signed any letter or haven’t any intention of withdrawing claim but ICICI LOMBARD didn’t listened and we still didn’t got the insurance claim. The bill was paid on January 28, 2021.The claim number is MOT10429702. I’m attaching the fake letter and insurance policy.
